我今年15 身体偏胖 jj小 怎么办

【咨詢人病因，症狀】小弟我1995年生人   小时候身体不好   治病打了激素  现在身体很胖  1.76M身高  85kg体重
                              觉得自己的JJ很小  没有勃的时候就2-3CM   勃起之后也就8-10CM   而且蛋蛋也就鹌鹑蛋大小
                              有包皮  基本平时龟头是不漏出来的  只有勃起的时候才露出一点龟头  包皮口很窄
                              很早接触这方面事情  不过还是处男       有手淫的习惯   每次不到3分钟就射  每周大约2-3次   
                              想询问各位   有什么不伤身体的增长办法  包皮什么时候够切比较好
