即天天进行性交，甚至不分昼夜多次要求性生活，久战不休还不能满足性欲要求。性亢奋与性欲过强不同，后者表现为性生活次数略有增加，每周3～4次，新婚夫妇或婚后久别重逢性生活频数稍有增加，这种性欲过强属正常。性亢奋临床上少见，需要进行治疗，此症多数都是精神心理因素引起，宜进行心理治疗，正确对待性生活，既有利于身体健康又有利于家庭夫妻和睦。
